Not just a job but a healthy career.  Pilates has become one of the most sought after careers in health and fitness because of it’s time tested ability to provide physical fitness with sound biomechanics and integrated mind body techniques. By becoming a Pilates instructor you are helping others improve their lives while maintaining your own long term health.  

Here is what you can expect from the Program:

The class size is limited to ensure a high level of attention and service. A fully photographic Manual will be provided to you for the course or module(s) you attend. There is also video library with access to every exercise as well as future CECs and workouts.

Graduates of a Comprehensive Program will the meet criteria for, and be prepared to take, the National Pilates Certification Program exam, (NPCP).

You will be prepared to teach in a Pilates studio or start your own business as a Pilates instructor

This 450 + hour Comprehensive Course includes:

• Anatomy and biomechanics

• Pilates Mat Repertoire

• Reformer Repertoire

• Cadillac/Trapeze Table Repertoire

• Wunda/Combo Chair Repertoire

• Ladder Barrel / Small Barrel / Spine Corrector

• Pilates Props skills utilizing the jump board, magic circle, rotating discs, balance/ wobble board, foam rollers, thera bands and balls

• Combining Classical and Progressive Pilates styles with modifications and variations

• 15+ Hours of review of all material
