With over 20 years of experience in Pilates and movement education, my sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're recovering from an injury, seeking greater ease in your body, or maintaining your strength and mobility as you age.

To move well, we must also feel well—and that starts with restoring balance and ease in the body. My massage sessions are rooted in anatomical knowledge, intuitive touch, and years of experience in both therapeutic and restorative work.

We focus on tuning into your body, aligning movement with breath, and building a stronger mind-body connection—all while having fun along the way. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or an experienced mover, this is a space to learn, grow, and feel supported.
My Bodywork Blends gentle techniques of breathwork and passive movement. My approach helps reduce pain, release tension, and support your body’s natural healing process. This isn’t just about relaxation—it’s a vital part of whole-body health.

Sessions are offered one-on-one or in small group formats—no drop-ins or online sign-ups. My clients are more than names on a schedule; they’re part of a caring, connected community here at Sevilla Bodyworks.

One on one or Duo Sessions: You’ll learn how to move with better awareness, build functional strength, and develop lasting alignment. We’ll use a variety of equipment—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and small props—so that your body is supported while being appropriately challenged. And because I integrate my background in massage therapy and functional health coaching, our sessions may also include elements of breathwork, mobility work, or gentle hands-on support to enhance your progress.

My small group sessions are intentionally limited to 4 people to ensure that each participant gets personal attention and thoughtful guidance. These aren’t drop-in fitness classes—they’re curated, progressive sessions that allow us to work more like a team, while still supporting individual needs within the group.

I focus on foundational movement, core strength, flexibility, functional biomechanics, and mind-body awareness. We use the mat, equipment and small props (like bands, balls, rollers), depending on the group’s needs.

This is more than just a workout—it’s a personalized, mindful experience that supports your whole-body health from the inside out.

I offer hour and 90 minute Bodywork sessions.
There is a minimum of 3 sessions required for new clients.
