More than just Pilates, my private sessions give you that one-on-one attention. They are catered to you by building a program specifically designed for your needs and goals. Do you want to lose weight, gain strength, improve posture, etc? These sessions focus on that fine tuning that is unique to the Pilates method and as you improve the sessions become more challenging. Not all Pilates is the same and it's important to find the right teacher for you. In my sessions, I am interested in working towards your goals while maintaining the integrity of the body. You will find muscles you've never felt working before. We work at your level, but push to create change that is not temporary but lasting.
