My approach to bodywork is to look at the overall shape and alignment of each individual.  Since I am primarily a movement therapist and Pilates teacher, I consider how your body is going to move after this massage? I use a combination of tools as well as classical massage techniques to alleviate aches and pains, help imbalances and relieve stress.  I can help my clients more effectively by working with them in combination with Pilates and massage, or as some of my clients call it Malates (Ma-la-tees).  I encourage each client to do both Pilates and massage regularly. Each bodywork session focuses on increasing joint flexibility, improving circulation, relaxation and promoting tissue regeneration and healing.  The benefits are moving and feeling better!
