I offer small group classes. Classes are a great way to get into the foundational work of Pilates. I take the one on one approach and apply it to a small group, catering each class to my clients. I teach you how to work deeper and more efficiently while having fun and learning how to appreciate your body. These classes are taught on the mat using small equipment, some equipment and props with an emphasis in functional movement and strong biomechanics. They are progressive, building on each other to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and alignment.
